    Avoid this seller , I returned a defective Ice machine and paid return postage , seller claims it works perfectly well and I never tried it because it was dry , I explained I dried it with paper towels , and he sent a phot of the machine with some Ice he had placed in it I can only assume from another machine, check other feedback he has a track record of avoiding paying return postage , why would I unpack try multiple times to get machine to work only to repackage and send it back ?

    slanderous remarks made by buyer, "we are not cowboys " adding ice from another machine? seriously!! we refunded in full as you would expect, the machine was found to be in perfect order, buyer simply changed their mind about the purchase and wanted a free returns label
