    I was sent an item that did not match the description of my intended purchase. Upon receipt I contacted the seller and my purchase price and shipping was refunded immediately with a genuine apology. I didn’t get my item but seller rectified the situation and that’s all he could do. I do recommend this seller, mistakes happen.

    Seller sent a damaged package. Description showed new in box. When I asked the seller how he’d like to proceed, he said I can either get another figure or get my $$$ back. I chose the figure. Next day seller told me I had to pay additional shipping for the item. I told him I’d be contacting eBay and he immediately refunded me. This is more of a lesson for the sellers - if you show pictures of the item mint, then the buyer expects mint! Learn to describe your items better and stop using AI!!!
