Item was described as open box never used, it was exactly that, original packaging, instructions, bubble wrap ect. So Happy with this purchase, the seller is brilliant.     The order arrived very quickly and really well packged. Sadly the GPU arrived DOA I reached out to the seller and was offered a return and refund, communication with sellar was exellent as was the return process and they did reply quickly to my question about filling out a section of the return form, the refund took a few days once they verified the GPU was non fucntional. from my exeperaince great sellar and would buy from them again hopefully better luck next. A+++
