  I had a small issue with the way the items were shipped two of them got damaged somehow in mailing, however I contacted seller and she immediately contacted me and refunded my money for the damaged product without hesitation and promptly.   Everything about transaction was perfect. The display/return hammer drill I received, one week after purchase, was in its manufacturers cardboard box, with all original contents including guide rod (which wasn't shown in auction listing). Only the manual and warranty card were missing. The box was pretty beat up, even inside the plastic shipping sleeve, but no harm to the drill and other contents. In fact, the drill looks new. I tried it out in drill and hammer drill mode, and it worked great!
