  The seller was totally professional. He informed me that there would be a delay in the delivery of an additional few days. Very nice and refreshingly respectful. My problem though was that the item didn't live up to the manufacture's descriptions. They said a phone is not necessary, but I couldn't get things started without one. I was also under the impression that there were 8 languages built into the unit and for more one had to subscribe. For me, in order to get any, you had to pay monthly.

  Item as described and works perfectly. Item was wrapped with thin open cell foam sheeting, and packaged in a plastic shipping bag. There was no cardboard support for this plastic item. The package was not delivered to USPS right away, which, in turn was also slow to deliver. It was a minor miracle that this plastic item was not damaged in transit. Overall: fully satisfied with the product, not so pleased with the shipping.
