  AVOID—Inaccurate descriptions, overcharged shipping, doesn’t insure, extremely RUDE. See pics: she said “bubble wrap . .gives too much.” Shipping charge: $40.55; Cost:$19.60, uninsured. She blamed eBay 4 overage, claimed packing materials/time, but used Macy’s box, scant packing mats. She said her “scale . .needed recalibrate.” Finally, she offered $20 refund, saying: “Well, you need to request it. I'm sure you do this all the time so you should know how.” 3 days, nothing

  I am sorry you weren't happy with the shipping of your Tureen. It was fragile and in order to keep it from moving inside the box you need to pack it tight with no room for wiggling. It arrived to you without any breakage, so I am not sure why you're upset about the packaging. As far as the shipping charge, I explained that the initial cost is an estimate from ebay, not me personally. I offered you a $20.00 refund which you've never requested on the eBay app. I'm sorry you are unhappy.

  Not too impressed with how the product was packaged for delivery. I thought this eyeglass case was smaller. I thought it was a small clamshell not a larger clamshell case.. company companies it will do the job, but it isn’t exactly what I thought I was purchasing .

  VERY PLEASED with my purchase! Sunny Mile High described the purse perfectly and the photos also validated the condition. Just frustrated that the USPS didn't deliver as reported even though I was home to receive it.
