As advertised, prompt despatch - thanks. Unfortunately, the courier threw the parcel over a set of wooden estate gates, so when we drove in last night after a long journey we didn't see the parcel and drove over it?! The boxes are all crushed and we've had to throw away many of the split tea bags which split. Please raise this with the courier - throwing a parcel over a set of estate gates isn't acceptable.
