    The mandrels are really nice and are exactly as described. They are brand new and in in perfect condition. I ended up needing to communicate back and forth with the seller to work some things out and I am very impressed with how they responded and how quickly they responded.     Good quality connectors and fantastic service from this seller! There was a havoc on the shipping imposed by new US tariffs , yet the seller notified me of the new hurdles and managed to overcome these new obstacles and still deliver faster than expected in this given situation.
