  I don't normally write negative reviews because most sellers do a great job rectifying issues, but this one is a little different. Package is late, which is totally fine. It happens, but they did not even drop it off to USPS for over a week. They just gave me a tracking number and that's it, no movement. I reached out after a few days and then they told me to wait a week and they would refund me. So I did. Yet no tracking update and no refund. Why gain a negative review over a $9 refund?
