In 2013, 10 years ago, after ordering a knife on eBay and having problems with it, I tried to contact the seller to resolve the problem. The response I received was so rude that I couldn't understand why that company was selling as much as I was seeing in their records of sales. Unbelievable how mediocrity sometimes succeeds...
So I decided to start selling on eBay, and outdoor products and cutlery is something I love. With only 18 efficient employees and over 28,000 listings , our small business is today the largest retailer of cutlery, self-defense, and outdoor products on eBay, and the one with the highest ratings in this field.
