When I received part it was damaged and not shown in picture description.. swan auto immediately issued a refund and said to keep part no reason to send it back . Also said he didn’t realize part was damaged otherwise it would have never been shipped out. Top notch service.. I know eBay can be frustrating but they did the proper thing and would purchase from them again in the future

An outstanding seller! I bought an ECM for an old Buick. The seller checked every ECM he had to match the PROM I thought was needed. When the ECM arrived, I discovered I was mistaken and needed a different PROM. He then went to the trouble of opening every ECM he stocked to verify the ID of the PROM inside. Even though he didn’t have what I needed, I very much appreciate his effort. And I’m keeping the ECM he sent just in case. Also, the very best at communicating I’ve seen on eBay.

The part arrived very quick. As it turned out, it happened to be covered under a recall warranty, so I didn't need it. I contacted the seller and explained my situation. He said No Problem just send it back and I'll refund your money. Absolutely awesome service. If I ever need another part, I will check with Swan Auto.
