Not in a box which was one of the biggest reasons I made the purchase. I paid for two 60 count applicators and received 60 but was informed I received what I ordered. There is a possibility the seller does not realize that Amazon sent only half of what I ordered. I was informed that I could receive a partial refund and keep the applicators or get a full refund as long as I pay the return shipping for something that is NOT as described. Never received a tracking number for the package.

I placed my order on July 30th. Got an email saying the items will arrive between out August 2nd to August 8th, but without any tracking information. On August 10th, I still haven’t received the items. I sent an email to this seller asking where was my order. This seller never responded since. The worst seller I ever had on eBay.
