  Shipped fast within 4-5 days. Packaged very securely laptop just as described. Charger wasn't included but communication was excellent and they shipped out the charger at no cost. Good price too! I'll be sure to buy in future when needed.

  Seller really went above and beyond when packing the item, it was packed very carefully with lots of bubble wrap in a well-fitting box. One of the best and most professional packing jobs I have ever seen on ebay. Shipping was fast. The item was just as described in the listing. Great value for the price paid.   Absolutely perfect condition, better than described, well packed, priced right, well photographed on the listing - better than the stock photos HP.com uses on their webpage, I bought on Sunday, it shipped first thing monday AM, arrived Tuesday by 10 AM with zero issues. I will definitely use this seller again! I buy from HP directly and this ebay transaction was smoother than getting the laptop from HP. They've earned my repeat business for my company.

  Seller was very easy to deal with. The product did not appear to be “sealed” as described, as it had been repackaged, and a part was broken. The seller was prompt with communicating to come up with a solution. Ultimately, I found a replacement part with Jura, and the seller agreed to refund the cost of the part. Unfortunate situation, but we got it resolved. I would not hesitate to buy from here again.
