  Shipped fast within 4-5 days. Packaged very securely laptop just as described. Charger wasn't included but communication was excellent and they shipped out the charger at no cost. Good price too! I'll be sure to buy in future when needed.

  This was my second laptop purchase from Swing computers and both times shipping was fast and the laptops, I think were better then described! And very well packaged At a very good price! The second laptop did come with a bad charger I contacted them and they promptly responded and shipped me a replacement charger at no charge! I think they are a 5 star seller and I will purchase from them again!!!! Very good service!!!

  Absolutely perfect condition, better than described, well packed, priced right, well photographed on the listing - better than the stock photos HP.com uses on their webpage, I bought on Sunday, it shipped first thing monday AM, arrived Tuesday by 10 AM with zero issues.   Great experience! Price was better than from other stores, shipping was free and very fast (less than a week) and the seller was super responsive when I had multiple questions and thought I had a shipping issue. Product was just as described and I would definitely purchase from the seller again.
