  Not knowing for sure if Lexus master switch was truly at the root of my trouble , I messaged seller with question's . Reply was quick and extremely helpful. Ordered the part . Fast delivery condition new . Turns out problem was in electrical connection to switch and not the switch itself. Requested a return label for refund. Label was sent within minutes of request.   I ordered this switch and ebay suggested an alternative. I looked at the alternative and it turned out to be a better option for me. Immediately, I tried to cancel the first order. Switch Doctor replied that it could NOT cancel it because they had already created a shipping label and that meant it couldn't be done. I messaged them through the contact seller tool and after some back-and-forth they agreed to cancel. In all, I would say they are reputable.
