The communication is extremely poor, their ability to send the item took nearly 2 weeks. Sent a second message regarding the time to deliver as the Seller states they are in Australia and why a tracking number hadn’t been supplied, no response. A few days later an update in the app with a tracking number. Item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap. Not sure if this is NEW as stated. Extremely disappointed as this has no original packaging. Not sure how to put together as no instructions provided.

Item was of plastic. In image it was of stainless steel. I spent total 45 dollars on it including postage. 35 + 10.60. It is totally a scam. Showing something other and delivering other. Please re consider my request and send me for what I have paid, other wise I have to take action against you.

I am sorry to say, but it’s been pretty poor service. The postage was double the item price, came in a small box with no padding, bubble wrap or paper filler to stop it rattling around. The items box was torn at the bottom and this is a birthday gift for my son. It took 11 days for the item to even be sent after payment and no communication from the seller at all about delays, when it was sent or anything else.

Do not use this seller. They are meant to be located in Australia but the item took 3 weeks to arrive and postage info said it came from China. Once we received the item it was faulty and broken. It definitely was not new as advertised. Tried to contact the seller with no response. Very poor experience.
