    There were communication issues with seller on my returning this unopened, unused item. Upon request, EBay did refund my purchase price. Seller then also refunded the shipping price I had paid, so I am revising my negative review. I am now satisfied with my complete refund (and the item was returned to the seller Fedex with tracking and was signed for appropriately at receiving end). Really appreciate EBay s guarantee of protection in case of such difficulties with seller communication.

    Arrived quickly and was packaged well -- the box was resized perfectly and well supported. The item came as described and the images in the post were true to the condition of the item. I have not had a chance to play the item yet -- but I can see no evidence that the instrument is not playable. I will probably take it in for a general tune-up at some point just because that is a good thing to do. I am very happy with the value of the item and the experience with the selleron the platform.
