Exactly what I needed! And this seller came through for me after the postal service delivered a damaged, empty envelope. The seller kindly offered to ship me another ribbon. I think that ebay should reimburse the seller for that and I will reach out to ebay separately. Today I received the ribbon in perfect condition. I will be back to order again, mainly due to the diligence of this seller! Thank you so much!!!

The applique was as described. My question is why I paid $2 for shipping when the item arrived in an envelope with a forever stamp and took 10 days? I expected quicker delivery for that price.

My flat rate shipping charge covers the stamp, oversized 5x9 envelopes, and other supplies such as the mesh bags, labels, ink ect. Also, Ebay charges fees on shipping. I sell $5 to $7 items so Im unable to absorb any extra costs, such as supplies, into "the cost of doing business" like most sellers. For the shipping time, if you check the post mark you will see it was sent on time. I ship within 48 hours of the purchase. Im sorry the postal service ran so slow.

Took 12 days for iron on appliqué to get through our US postal service. This was mailed as a regular letter (not a package). Ridiculous! Very happy with seller. Certainly not a negative reflection on Tara’s Unique Boutique. She was great!
