    Was a customer for two years. Item never arrived and I was ignored and so was the issue for over three weeks. I sent one brief kind email saying I still wanted the item and asking for simple tracking info. Nope. I did a missing mail search to no avail. Seller still doesn’t email. They refund two days after I could have had eBay do it and never resent the item. Never a word. Way to destroy a healthy revenue stream. I don’t do business with entities like this. Keep your clumpy old powder…
