  Such a disappointing experience with this seller. I waited 8 days after paying immediately when I purchased this item and finally it was delivered. By this time, I no longer had any use for it. I contacted the seller 4 days later inquiring about status. After multiple messages back & forth w/seller, & returning this product - unopened to the seller the very next day after finally receiving it - seller never refunded my $ after confirming this would happen. All thanks goes to EBay, got refund.

  Seller harasses customers with excessive emails and needs therapy. Seller refunded defective item and sent shipping return label which I used to return the item. Seller messaged to ask if I was returning the item and I confirmed I was. Seller's item took eight days to get to me but seller freaked out when they had not received item back two days after it was shipped! Sent 4 messages in one day hounding me for tracking info and ETA which is not my job. sent 4 more messages. Seller is nuts.
