So far I’ve only had an issue with receiving the right charger, which they are currently correcting, and I feel the laptop could’ve been cleaned a little before sending but again, it wasn’t something that couldn’t be fixed. Communication with seller was spot on through the entire process and it was much appreciated. Would recommend to buy from them and I would do business with them again.
