    Fast shipping and was packed well. The item was sold used and as is so there is always a risk with that. Overall, the machine was in good condition but it was missing a gear in the feed mechnism and not able to dispense tape do to that. The original manufacturer will not sell me replacement parts since I did not purchase it from them so I now have a backup unit for parts if I purchase another one. Again, not the seller's fault as it was sold as-is. That is just the risk you take on eBay.
