  Extremely difficult to communicate with; part was paid for and sent to me, then turned back at the border, I was reimbursed and did not receive the part. Company requested a positive review. I explained I have nothing good to say, after several emails and over two weeks I was told they could get me the part but at a higher price than I had originally paid.   This Provider made my Delivery sooner than Shown due to a schedule conflict I had at No Extra Expense. My Order is Packaged well with foam pieces and bubble wrapped. It will be a while before this is installed as it is a ongoing project.

  Well i received the rope and its NOT NYLON as advertised. It is polyester which is no where the quality of nylon. I will not be buying from this seller again.
