At Technology Spares we refurbish and supply office equipment. Many of our products are customer returns (some in brand new condition with box damage and some are refurbished). We have been running for several years and are now entering the online sales market for our goods to be provided back into the usable environment.

    The printer did not have Duplex printing. I spent too much time looking at Specifications of many Printers and then ordered the wrong one. This company were fabulous and said I could send the printer back for a refund. They also recommended a printer they had in stock with duplex facility. The one I bought in error was sent back and I have received the refund back into my account. An excellent all round company to deal with. The speed of delivery was great and Ive ordered the recommended one.
