They did just that and then some, even paying out of their own pocket for 2-day shipping! Packaging was great and it was just as described! Plus a very good price for this item!     Shipping was fumbled by the USPS-- an extra 5 days in limbo, at a postal facility 50 miles from my town. Packaging was great, except for the styrofoam peanuts (I can't believe people are still using those). Item was/is exactly as described by the seller, and the Duet 5 is a great value.
