    After receiving the wrong variant of the item, they told me to return it and they would send me back the right item. They did just that and then some, even paying out of their own pocket for 2-day shipping! Packaging was great and it was just as described! Plus a very good price for this item!     Shipping was fumbled by the USPS-- an extra 5 days in limbo, at a postal facility 50 miles from my town. Packaging was great, except for the styrofoam peanuts (I can't believe people are still using those). Item was/is exactly as described by the seller, and the Duet 5 is a great value.
