    Seller did not notify me they would change the shipping method and shipped BY COURIER - which always upcharges TEN TIMES the "import charges" which my government DOES NOT BOTHER COLLECTING! This added another 30% to my total bill for the purchase as a "surprise gift." Had I been notified seller would switch to a courier, I would have NEVER agreed to this shipping method not made the purchase in the first place! Seller was contacted, refused to do anything about it.
