    The item was exactly as described. What I really liked was the helpfulness of the seller. My package was delivered to the wrong address and The Big Red Bus was very prompt and friendly in their replies to my questions to help resolve the issue. I did get my package the next day and it was just as described. I would definitely buy from them again.

    Here's what the seller did great: Lightning fast shipping at a very reasonable cost. Product description was spot on. Allowed price negotiation. Here's what could use a little improvement: Shipment packaging was not great. I was a little worried my item got damaged. But it didn't and all was well. Overall I am happy and would purchase from again.

    Monitors are difficult to ship and I had to get creative with packaging to protect it. Glad it arrived intact and in good condition. Thank you for the positive feedback.
