WOW - what a great experience. I bought a 27" screen (fragile) and it was packed wonderfully so that it arrived intact. The shipping was super fast and I received it over the Christmas/NY holiday much sooner than I expected. He described the monitor as "chipped" - sure, maybe a pinhead sized defect on the far edge. Seriously, this is a GREAT display. I've already installed it and it's fantastic.
