  USPS lost the item (I assume, took a while longer than normal to arrive) and when it did show up, the box was bent nearly in half.   Item was delivered was new and sealed. I believe the plastic from the packaging got melted from how hot it has been outside so the air freshener was kind of damaged. The seller refunded it right away so this is still a positive transaction as they did the right thing as soon as possible 😁
