Wrong item received (yellow). S/B Blue! Ordered multiple items to combine shipping. Contacted seller twice requesting my correct item. Then received an auto update: purchase price refunded. Seller chose this option rather than take the time for a personal reply, an apology or asking what my preference would be. Their strategy is if I want my correct item I need to repurchase (and maybe receive the correct one) & pay their steep ship charge. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this seller.

Buyer received an immediate full refund, we offered an apology, why it was an honest mistake in the order, and even let them keep the incorrect item without needing to return it back to us. Our shipping prices are the same as any other seller. In very rare instances, mistakes do happen.
