Coming from almost 20 years retail experience working for large companies, I rolled down that big ladder and streamlined into my energies upon the focus of my own families needs for a mother and needing income, so I combined both. Thus, I'm running MY OWN online shop that can't be just old or new items. Item came as described but it was packaged and shipped in a very odd way. It was squished into a tiny ball and put inside of a ziploc bag and then tightly taped around the whole thing. Took me 5 mins to unpack it using scissors. The mailing label was also underneath all the tape and the ink rubbed off so it got delayed in shipping because it was lost. Someone at the post office rewrote the address on the package with a marker. Based on this, I probably wouldn't order from this seller again.
