They are in 100% working condition and are then sold as ‘’Open Box’’ product. We also have “Used” products, the wear of each item is described in the listing, they are in 100% working condition and are then sold as ‘’Used ’’ product.

Seller could include tracking number or send communication/confirmation of shipment to ensure customers are aware of delayed shipping from CA to US in the future.

    Great packaging and fast shipping. However, Frame was incorrectly described as a 2018 model. It was a 2016, which was confirmed by YT Industries. I am leaving a positive review because Seller accepted return without issue.
