  I had a good 1st experience with this seller. My dvd was as described, it arrived on time, it was undamaged and communication was good. The seller shipped it in a bubble envelope and put a cardboard insert in with it to keep it protected during shipping. I was also told that if it arrived damaged that I would receive a free return shipping label and a full refund. That's great customer service! I recommend this seller and I would buy from them again.

  I purchased at a decent price and the seller sent as described in good condition, and in a reasonably timely manner, packed acceptably, for a tolerable shipping cost. The quality of the item looks decent. And it has a clean and maintained appearance. I don’t recall significant communication from the seller. However, I would still buy from again. Thank you.
