Based in New York City, The Jewelry Plug was founded by a group of childhood friends. Growing up and having absolutely no money to get the jewelry worn by our idols, we strived to change that for the future. With pure motivation to get designer jewelry around our own necks, we decided to branch off to help others get the same astonishing quality jewelry for a price that would not break the bank. This vision brought The Jewelry Plug to life.

I had the worst customer service experience… in my life. He cannot prove to me. Where is my item on my in the tracking number is not showing anything. And the item never did arrive so you thinking about shopping with this person don’t do it. And then I asked him to prove to me the item is on the way he gave me someone else tracking number. And I don’t even live in New York or Jersey it showing someone else order
