    This seller provided incorrect and possibly doctored tracking information. They falsely claimed I refused delivery, when in fact no delivery attempt was made. They also stated the package was available for pickup at a location, which was untrue according to both UPS and my own attempts to retrieve it. The lack of transparency and misleading communication made this a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I would not recommend this seller and caution others to be very careful.
