I messaged the seller immediately after receiving the dead baby tears plants and provided pictures and he gave me a full refund for the baby tears. Great plants!(he gave me a Ton of extra bacopa as my “mystery plant”!) and great customer service! Will most definitely be purchasing again!

At no fault of the seller they arrived 6 days late d/t sitting in a USPS distribution center for 4 days. I'm surprised there was anything worth unpacking but I was pleasantly surprised. I am confident that if they hadn't been held up by the postal service they would have arrived in near perfect condition. I recommend this seller and would buy from them again.

This item arrived later than expected, but not seller's fault (USPS played 'football' with the package), but the seller got it mailed out promptly, packaged really well, and arrived in great condition... The mystery plant stems all look great, and were more/better than expected. I highly recommend this seller!!

It was wrapped in very damp paper towel inside a plastic bag, which kept it well hydrated, then packaged in a small box. There are three dark green, healthy looking plants, so good value for the price. Good seller. Would buy from them again.
