    No fault of the seller, but this item was shipped FedEx and FedEx lost this package delivering it to the incorrect address. Luckily it was someone who was honest. They delivered the package to my home, doing FedEx job first them. Otherwise the seller did an excellent job with packaging the item. It arrived safely, in good working order.

    I advise against using this seller as they're only a reseller and not actually Razer. They're not domestic and take forever to respond. They sent me the wrong mouse dock and so I purchased the correct dock at Microcenter. They're now claiming because I have the same SKU registered to my account that I received the correct dock from them. Why would I purchase two docks, only register the Microcenter dock (with matching serial) and contact them with an issue vs just returning the item? Low IQ scam

    Item itself is fine, came packaged well. It arrived significantly late though. They made me sign for it on top of that. It's not an expensive item and then not knowing when it would arrive and requiring a signature was annoying. I tried to reach out to the seller and got no response back. At the end of the day though, I got the item, so I'm happy with that at least.
