  This seller is very fair and responsible. The item was shipped very quickly and arrived in unopen sealed box. Unfortunately, the item became defective after just 2 days of usage probably due to manufacturing defect, no fault of the seller. However, the seller quickly issued full refund.

  Good product, good packing, value was good, and was as described but I give the seller a negative on shipping. The item was ordered on June 5 and although tracking was available on the same day it was not taken to the post office until 12 June, 7 days later. If you are ordering a salt cell for a swimming pool that generally means that yours went out and the product is needed immediately. Taking seven days to deliver to the post office is not acceptable.
