    Response was fast its good value, Packaging was good, but regret that one glass was broken on receipt. That's not on the seller, that's just life. Also, none of these had the Royal Brierley mark on them so I suspect they might be slight seconds. Therefore 4 stars, but im hsppy to revise if i have missed something in the description or if I'm wrong. We're keeping the 4 remaining glasses though as they look good.
