You can tell she's a conscientious person, which doesn't waiver from sale to sale. This latest purchase was described as "Used, Good," but I never would have guessed it wasn't brand new.     The server bowl took a long time to arrive through no fault of the seller. Somehow it started out with UPS went to multiple transfer locations and wound up in the wrong city. It was handed off and ultimately delivered by USPS. I thought for sure there would be damage from handling but not a scratch. In fact it was the very best packaging job I have experienced. Product was as described and I would buy from this seller again.
