We sell New as well as quality, used, tested appliance parts. All parts are tested for proper working condition prior to posting. We also sell clothing and shoes, we strive to list items that are of good quality and a fair price. Our ad states 3 business day shipping; however, if possible, we will ship out sooner than stated. IF YOU NEED IT SOONER, PLEASE PUT A NOTE AT CHECKOUT. Our shipping on some items may seem a bit high; however, we take extra time to pack each one very carefully, lots of times we add additional packing even to the new in box parts, in order to try and prevent damage and breakage in shipping.

    Glass shelf was very well packed and arrived safely. I couldn't believe how fast it got here and was grateful seller used UPS. That said, the condition listed made me expect an almost new item. What I received was clearly used because some of the white trim was yellowed from use and I could not clean it up. However, the description did mention item could be discolored. So, item was as described, just not as I expected it to be.
