I am a retired Air Force father of three. I run the shop by myself and do all listing and shipping. I do my best to make sure everyone is taken care of and if I make a mistake, I will make it right. We ordered a stuffed animal and it arrived as described and in good form. My kiddo loves it, and I would buy from this seller again. One feedback to the seller would be to wrap these in a cardboard sleeve or bubble wrap only to avoid any possible accidental damage from mailboxes or shipping trucks.

Doll arrived with one of its eyebrows falling off. Wasn't noticeable in the picture. I contacted the seller who let me know that he didn't realize it had damage, but told me I should just file a claim with USPS. He's a one-man operation and would prefer that they take care of it instead of him.
