Quick shipping although the plaque must have been dropped in transit. Part of the upper left side broke off. Talked to the seller and he reduced the price. Seemed fair although it is disappointing when shipping goes haywire. Overall, I am satisfied and would do business with him again. This was a heavy plaque; it probably needed more TLC when packing to get past the gorilla in the mailbox.

This item as shipped with multiple layers of bubble wrap and packing paper in a new, sturdy box. Unfortunate things happen, but it was packed well like all my items and I made the buyer right due to the damage in shipping.

I misread the description of what I was purchasing, I thought it was supposed to have both the steel beaded necklace and the actual "name tag" part too, but it's just for the steel beaded necklace part, as stated in the main description section. Completely my fault for misreading the description, hahaha. 😆 Other then my screw up, everything was great. Fast shipping, nice prices, and carefully packaged for the journey in the harsh postal system. 😉😏😎🤘
