I bought nine different colors. I was shipped only 8. They listed in the invoice that one was out of stock yet they of course listed it on eBay. They stated that they would provide a refund on the invoice. They did not initiate a refund until after I contacted them to get it. They listed the wrong color of of stock on invoice. The customer was replied back to as soon as we were contacted and the overlooked credit was issued promptly. And as in all retail sales it is hard to contently update stock on a daily basis when you sell on multiple platforms because anyone who sells on eBay knows sales are just not there.
