    UPDATE!!! This seller did an incredible job of resolving the issue with my purchase, She responded very quickly and I was able to receive a full refund. Although the item was a complete dud of product her customer service was outstanding. She was very professional, and mentioned that she was selling for a third party. In the future I will look harder into my purchases and I believe she has learned a lot about what to look for in the products she sells.
