    Pros: Product works as advertised, quick shipping, fast responses from seller Cons: mechanical lugs were not service lug sized for 200amp (4/0) had to swap out parts, shipped in oversized box with minimal packing, internal components had broken plastic parts within the housing which I had to repair/replace, city inspector limited load side of the ATS to 150amps due to lack of documentation

    Item was purchased as "open box" and seemed unused. Bios revision was updated so it must have been used at some point but I can't tell where it looks perfectly and works without issue. Item arrived on the earlier side of the shipping window which was great. The only criticism I have with the transaction is the seller had tracking info and chose to not share it for some odd reason, would still buy from them again though.
