  This was the first time I ordered from eBay so was somewhat concerned as to how successful the process would be. However, once I placed the order the Seller contacted me, gave me the shipping details and the expected delivery day. It went exactly as he said it would. My item, a vinyl record, was packed carefully and for safety and I can’t imagine the process going any more smoothly.   Shipping Issue: When the art arrived, the glass was completely shattered all over the artwork. The art was not wrapped to ensure that the glass would not break.The art was shipped in a USPS priority envelope, with minimal wrapping. We payed over $10 for shipping and it was not adequately packaged, which damaged the item. The item was damaged and did not arrive as described - the description in the listing was “excellent condition.” This was not a positive experience.

  I have issued a full refund to the buyer!! I have been on eBay for over TWENTY YEARS and have shipped MANY items of far greater value than this with GREAT SUCCESS!! I cannot control the mishandling of packages that occurs within our postal system!! WHAT I CAN DO is STAND BEHIND WHAT I SELL AND MY SERVICE!!

  The seller has provided a full refund for the item due to the issues with shipping. The seller was prompt and very helpful regarding the shipping issue.The problem was not with the seller, the issue was USPS. Would buy from this seller again, due to the great customer service. Thank you!!!
