  This seller has history of selling broken jewelry and not honoring returns. I literally just received in the mail and opened my broken item. Immediately reached out to seller who basically accused me of breaking it and now thinks she’s going to steal my $50. Beware of this scam artist

  Sadly, this Buyer is making assertions for which she has no personal knowledge. I don't appreciate the accusations, harassing messages or the name calling. Buyer claims the clasp on the bracelet she received is broken. I told Buyer I took photos of the item immediately prior to shipping which show the clasp was not broken and that the item was sent in the same condition in which it was listed and was well packaged
