    Purchased on the 3rd, seller didn't actually ship til the 8th only marked it so, and finally received on the 14th, not as described. When I asked, they mentioned I should have looked at the pictures. Overall terrible experience with this seller. Future buyers be warned. they eventually offered a 20% discount on future purchase. Seller, I suggest you do better research in your products and less avoiding accountability with your customers. Bad customer service. Bad shipping speed. Will not revise!

    The item was purchased on the 3rd but on Mon, Oct 6, 1:35pm Shipping Label was Created, USPS Awaiting Item ----TUCSON, AZ 85719---Mon, Oct 6, 1:35pm Tracking number provided. The buyer also does not know what hook&loop is and argued it meant something else no provided by the company who made it, also told tell us what the item was supposed to come with, even though it arrived as pictured. The buyer then said they did not look at the picture and simply bought the item based on the title. Blocked.
